What ages is Kids Run the Town for?
Our town is designed for children ages 6 and under.
How many children can play at one time?
Kids Run the Town establishes recommended group sizes for each town setup to help ensure children have adequate space to play, access the stations, toys, and equipment, and have a positive play experience.
Recommended group sizes are:
- Full Town: up to 25 children at a time
- 6-Station Town: up to 18 children at a time
- 4-Station Town: up to 12 children at a time
These recommended group sizes are guidelines only and are not capacity limits. Larger groups can be accommodated in multiple sessions.
What is included when I rent the town?
Your booking includes delivery, setup, use of the town’s stations, props, and role-play accessories, followed by breakdown and removal of our equipment.
How much does it cost to rent the town?
Pricing varies based on town setup size and type of event or program.

- Full Town (8 stations): $599
- 6-Station Town: $499
- 4-Station Town: $399
Daycares & Schools
Programs range from $250–$350 for a 2-hour visit, based on town setup size. Recurring program rates are also available.

Is Kids Run the Town available in my area?
We serve locations throughout northern and central New Jersey.
How much time is needed for a party or event?
Our standard bookings include up to 2 hours of play. To allow enough time for setup and breakdown, we ask that you reserve your venue for approximately four hours. We typically require approximately 60 minutes before the event to set up and the same amount of time afterward to pack everything away.
How much space do you need?
Space requirements vary based on town setup size:
- Full Town (8 stations): approximately 30′ × 20′ of clear indoor space.
- 6-Station Town: approximately 25′ × 20′ of clear indoor space.
- 4-Station Town: approximately 20′ × 20′ of clear indoor space.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Setup and breakdown each take approximately 60 minutes.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes. A responsible adult must remain present and supervise children throughout the event.
Can I rent a smaller version of the town?
Yes! Kids Run the Town can be rented as an 8-, 6-, or 4-station setup, depending on your event size, space, and needs.
What happens if there is bad weather?
All events must take place indoors or in a fully covered, weather-protected tented space. We will do our best to proceed as planned, but severe weather or unsafe travel conditions may require us to reschedule.
